Jean Pierre Desrosiers FCPA, FCA

From March 2016 to May 2019  he was strategic counsellor with PSB Boisjoli and from October 2010 to January 2016 he was partner with Fasken. Before he was 30 years with KPMG where he played numerous roles inclusive of managing partner of the Montréal office,member the the Canadian executive committee,member of the Board of KPMG Canada and America.

 He has played a significant role in the Montreal community being chair of the Board of Cirque Éloize,Compagnie Marie Chouinard,Festival Mode et Design,Quartier de l’innovation,Ensemble pour le respect de la diversité ,Chambre de commerce et d’industrie francaise au Canada and others.He was also member of the Board of Concordia University,Aéroport de Montréal,Le Chainon,Conseil des arts de Montréal,Fondation de l’Hopital juif de Montréal and more.He has chaired and organised numerous benefit gala such as Fondation de l’hopital chinois de Montreal,Theatre du Rideau vert,Théatre Centaur,Simoniaques Théatre,Théatre Prospero and more.

He was awarded the following distictions:

 -Fellow de l’Ordre des comptables professionnels agrées du Québec en 1993;

-Prix Art-Affaire de Montéal,catégorie personnalité en 2011;

Peng DU, CPA, CA Co-managing Partner

Peng Du has a well-earned reputation for keeping on top of new trends in fiscal matters. Very adept when it comes to the technical side of her job, Peng is recognized for the depth of her expertise and for her strong attention to detail, both of which enable her offer optimal solutions to her clients. She is dedicated to growing business and helping her team succeed.

Peng has acquired 17 years’ experience in Canadian accounting, audit and taxation. Before joining WJDS- Times CPA team in 2018, Peng was Vice President of Tax at Richter LLP. Her experience also includes tax executive at a Canadian public company. She is a tax specialist and advises both corporate and individual clients on a wide variety of tax issues, including reorganizations, estate planning, inbound and outbound transactions, corporate, trust and partnership structures and all areas of Canadian income tax compliance matters.

Over the years, Peng has been a part-time lecturer at the John Molson School of Business, teaching courses in the CPA program. She has also been a lecturer of Ordre des CPA du Québec’s professional development courses including Income Tax Issues Dealing with Real Estate and Advanced Tax Planning Strategies.
